- Transfer of Risk and Ownership
In full compliance with applicable European statutory consumer protection directives, the risk of damage, loss, or deterioration of merchandise, as well as final ownership, remains with Flexipropkit during transit and passes to the consumer only upon physical possession and receipt of the goods by the customer or an authorized representative. Risk does not transfer upon handover to the logistics carrier.
